Eden in Oz & NZ Ltd (EiON) is a not-for-profit organisation operating in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. We are the sole licencee of the Eden Alternative model in the Asia Pacific region.

We are dedicated to transforming care environments from institutional, practices and cold buildings, into habitats for human beings that promote growth and quality of life for all involved.

Since 2000, we have worked to promote the Eden Alternative through a range of training workshops, events and consulting services. The main education activity has been on establishing a network of change agents and visionaries throughout Australia and New Zealand, and now into South East Asia.

We have more than 3000 Eden Associates in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and India, who are world makers in aged, community and disability services.
