Course: Implementing the Eden Alternative in Aged and Community Care

This three day experiential education course enables people to understand the challenges of culture change and the need for a person directed model which enables and enhances wellbeing for everyone.
The course includes interactive sessions on:
How to empower staff and residents / clients by transforming existing culture and guiding the growth of new communities using the Eden Alternative philosophy, principles and practices
- Becoming an employer of choice with less staff turnover and greater resident/client and staff satisfaction
- Learning how to apply the seven Domains of Wellbeing to alleviate the plagues of loneliness, helplessness and boredom
- Facilitating change and innovation in the workplace to create your point of difference in a challenging and changing sector.
